New Customers 

After completing the New Client Registration Form, first time customers will need to call 231-582-5800 in order to make their initial reservation. All subsequent stays can be requested online.

Returning Customers 

Current clients can log in our Client Portal to schedule daycare and request boarding reservations. Please note your dog will need up-to-date vet records to book daycare and to request boarding reservations. To submit vet records please fax to 231-622-4250.

Can I request same day reservations online?

While we are happy to accept same day boarding reservations, please call 231-582-5800 to ensure availability.  

Can I modify or delete a boarding reservation online?

In order to ensure our highest service standards, all cancellations or modifications to the original boarding reservations will have to be done over the phone or in person.

Can't remember your password?

No worries, we have a hard time remembering all of our passwords as well. Click here to recover your password.

Registration was made painless online. We were welcomed, connected with staff, and given a full tour while our dog chilled in a clean, large outdoor kennel upon arrival. Their play areas are spotlessly clean with lots of toys and plenty of staff dedicated to said activity. I liked that dogs were grouped by temperament for play, and that all questions were were all answered to our satisfaction. Sadie came home tired and happy.
